Hi Pauline, I’m sorry to hear you had trouble with the Chakra Perfume Oil! The stopper is there to prevent leaks during transit, and the roll-on attachment is included inside the box. Once the stopper is removed, you can simply push the roll-on top into place. If the roll-on attachment was missing, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you. I appreciate your feedback regarding the stopper—this isn’t a common issue, but I’ll pass it along to our manufacturer to ensure it’s looked into.
